Facebook Will Now Enable Stores To Target Ads To Customers Who Have Visited Their Store

Since a couple of years now, social media platform Facebook is playing a vital role in the advertising and marketing industry. Now, Facebook is testing new way to target social media advertisements to the people who have visited your store with help of GPS services. This new Custom Audiences option will help business concentrate the promotions at individuals who’ve gone to their store, with another ‘Store Visits’ option.

In this new move, the business owners can create a list of people who have previously visited the store location. Furthermore, Facebook will compile a list of the customers through which brands can narrow down customers and thereby cater to them through specific advertising. This method not only helps in targeted advertising but also assists in tracking customer behavior and rate of retention. This option will be available for most cafes or restaurants and is also applicable to customers who have only visited the store but have not purchased anything.
This new initiative by Facebook will help in enhancing business prospects, targeting the right audiences and improving the performance of ads.
